Does anyone know? I thought he might be ready for a little PT this season but I don't recall reading his name or seeing his jersey (#23) once so far since Spring practice.

Jabril moved to safety. That might be why you haven't heard much. Most of the reporting has been on the corners
Where did that info come from? Seems a little odd considering his size and our depth situation. He is listed at 5'11" 185lb which is about the same size as Belue.
last practice update I read from Gribble had him working with the safeties. Not all of our safeties are that tall but he is a little on the light side. but as I have noted in another post the university did NOT release updated weight information this fall for veteran players (Trust me, I track it). So nobody really knows how heavy Washington is at this point.

I don't recall where I saw the mention, It was earlier in camp. I do believe it was on Al.com somewhere. You know corners and safeties, the jobs are not that drastically different, they do occasionally cross train. That might have been all they were doing the day of the report. but I had not seen mention of him in the listing of corners.

The first absolute proof Jabriel is there. I wonder if he wasn't asked to join the team for camp and only joined when school started.
Anyway the reason I was wondering is that he is from my city. I have a few younger cousins that went to school with him. I watched Jabriel play against my old high school. He was a good athlete but I honestly did not think he was a D1 prospect and was really surprised Saban offered him.
