Well, that depends on what LSU did the weekend before. That's a volatile fan base, one that goes back and forth between congratulatory chest-thumping and threatening to jump off the bridge.

Ironically, not going to the SECCG and having no specific opponent to prepare for right now makes it easier for Saban to recruit. This class could end up being the best class he's ever had at Alabama, and could set Alabama up well for another run of titles (although that's a long shot for even an elite program).

I'm extremely happy to see Hootie on board, and what was essentially a trade, with losing two commits and gaining two commits, it seems to me that Alabama traded up.

Great news and welcome to the Capstone Mr. Jones. In all likelihood Ha Ha will be laughing it up in the NFL next year and I doubt we have more than next year with Landon Collins. Vinnie will be coming back following rehab so there will be a lot of opportunity to play early if he is up to it.
