On one hand, Grimm looks like a bully, too much testosterone, and not enough brain cells (and if the allegations are true, not enough ethics or conscience).
On the other hand, if he had actually thrown a journalist off the balcony, I'd call that a good start. At least the current American incarnation of "journalists."
