It seems the young man has been given a second chance and it appears he must have taken a stupid pill or two to get caught with drugs and then attempted to elude police.
"Two separate counts of attempting to elude police after twice fleeing Mobile police officers after they responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle" - Showing good speed and elusiveness...I'm sure the Auburn coaching staff must be impressed.
