I am always amazed at how "scientists" in one particular field can be so certain of everything concerning vaccines yet waffle month after month on if vitamins actually work or not, or if certain foods/diets are healthy, or if running is healthy, or if mouthwash is good for you or not.

Seems to me like their "certainty" in anything should be questioned.
