In games, AJ was known for being a QB who rarely made bad decisions.

Looks like that is not the case here. I don't see any upside for him.

How quickly the CNS influence disappears. I'm talking about how sheltered he keeps these players. It's such a blessing for them - I doubt some of them understand how much of a blessing. Seems AJ is one of those guys.
