Interesting play calling. 3 runs and a pass, and the pass was a quick sack. I'm not sure why we don't air it out on 3rd and long... One series and I'm already complaining about the play call. Somethings will never change. 
lol why no pass there on 3rd and long? I'm dying to see BS throw the ball this year. Lack of confidence from the staff?
why are you surprised by this it happens every year? previous years it was always a crappy regular season NBA game that means nothing.
They gave CB 2 passes in the first 3 plays. Made a positive play with his feet and a very nice pass on 3rd down to move the chains. I like it.
NIce route by Foster, and really nice, tight throw to get it there. No doubt Bateman has a gun on him
Excellent velocity on the 1st down throw. Impressed with Bateman so far, but the play calling behind him has also been much more aggressive
I wouldn't read too much into the first drive play calling. We got behind the down and distance early with the sack.
Both D-lines have been getting good pressure so far. With the exception of the first play of the game, the running game has gained no momentum so far, and the qb's have been facing some pressure as well. THat is highly encouraging.
I think bateman is impressing me.. Could he emerge out of this game as one of QB to compete for a job?
