Has Ebola broken containment and made it to Europe?

I read a lot in a bunch of different genres, and absolutely the most horrifying book I've ever read is The Hot Zone.

There have been a fair number of fiction books and movies revolving around infectious disease outbreaks. This piece of non-fiction is more disturbing than all of those put together. As far as I can remember, it's the only book that actually caused me to lose sleep after reading it.

No worries. The Italian government is on the case. Anyone who has actually watched the Italian government in action will sleep better tonight.
I'd still place a tarp over Africa. It is a genuine hell hole that could be soooooooo much better. I'd worry about the Islamic virus more than Ebola.
