The Browns saved over 10 million dollars by waiting. He's well worth where they picked him just based on sales and buzz that he will generate. I think many teams wanted to avoid the clownish circus involved with JFF when success wasn't guaranteed. Had he had Andrew Luck measurables teams would've gobbled him up first regardless. See one Jameis Winston next year.
