I would have bunted with runners on first and second and no out. That worked out ok fortunately.

That's why you have to put the ball in play, and get the second run in. Give the girl credit--she took the outside pitch the opposite way, like you have to. Great hit for the Gatorette.
The colorette had an interesting observation, if accurate. She said that JT's screwball didn't keep rising away from a leftie, that it just sat at the same height...
