My son gave me this book for Father's Day and I must say, it's one of the most inspiring stories of hope, faith, perseverance, and overcoming adversity that I've ever read. It's Carson's story from the immediate aftermath of the Tuscaloosa tornado all the way through the 2011 championship season.
It also unveils a side of Coach Saban that I think we all assumed but never actually have seen in print before, from his overall good heartedness to the philosophy he shares in team meetings.
It has already helped me in keeping my focus on the right things to do day to day and to not allow negativity to dictate my future.
I highly recommend this book. I was very very impressed with Carson's total story.
