That would be the Spurrier rule, only for Alabama because Alabama has the greatest collection of talent ever assembled, they are allowed to use 2 footballs to enable as many skill players to participate as possible. I think the NFL pushed for this rule as well so NFL teams would have enough game film on Bama players for evaluation.
BTW, I am not suggesting TJ is Shula'ing the weight room, it is the baggy shorts he is wearing.
