I run 50 yard sprints four to five times per week and it's a workout, trust me.
110 yard sprints? That's a long sprint. Ten of them and my hamstrings would be screaming.
That's a tough tough workout.

Just glad to hear he's running sprints. Wish someone had the breakdown of coach Bryant's 10 day summer excursion with the junction boys.

True but if you're in good shape like those guys are than it should be as hard.

Not the worst workout I could imagine, but in the heat and humidity it could be very difficult depending on the rest interval.

You must be an ironman participant CoachJeff. A world class sprinter would run 1 x 110 in about 10-11 seconds so running 16 of them all under 15 sec is tossing cookies training.

It is 16 in under 15 with less than 30 seconds rest. It's not the workout it is a conditioning test.
