I will never understand the notion of moving off somewhere to live that you cannot afford.
I'm as big a critic of Mary Jane as anybody, but really? Blaming the homelessness on marijuana?
I was living in Biloxi back in 1992 when we got the new casinos. These casinos apparently created a massive increase in foreclosures. I can at least see that relationship up to a point, but this was in a nine-month span. Sort of the "we get casinos, people lose their houses."
Might it have been because of the 1990-91 recession just hitting there? Who knows?
Is it possible that people who do drugs (even just the bong) are more likely to be homeless?
