Turkey is sending a flotilla to help Hamas. US-Israel relations are the worst they have been. This could get interesting considering how much we value turkey as an ally.

The Turkish government is not sending a flotilla. Independent activists. Humanitarian aid.

Amid Israel’s Operation Protective Edge to stop Hamas attacks from Gaza, a “Freedom Flotilla” is being organized in Turkey to bring humanitarian aid to the Hamas-controlled Palestinian coastal enclave with the protection of the Turkish military, according to an unconfirmed media report.
The flotilla, called “Freedom Flotilla II,” is being organized by the Turkish Humanitarian Relief Foundation (IHH), the same organization that was behind the Mavi Marmara flotilla that sought to break Israel’s blockade of the Gaza Strip in May 2010.

Yep, that seems better. I just didn't see the Turks involving themselves with this. Greeks, yes, Israel, no.

Revelations 8...my time.

The Trumpets

6 Then the seven angels who had the seven trumpets prepared to sound them.

7 The first angel sounded his trumpet, and there came hail and fire mixed with blood, and it was hurled down on the earth. A third of the earth was burned up, a third of the trees were burned up, and all the green grass was burned up.

8 The second angel sounded his trumpet, and something like a huge mountain, all ablaze, was thrown into the sea. A third of the sea turned into blood, 9 a third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed.

10 The third angel sounded his trumpet, and a great star, blazing like a torch, fell from the sky on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water— 11 the name of the star is Wormwood.[a] A third of the waters turned bitter, and many people died from the waters that had become bitter.

12 The fourth angel sounded his trumpet, and a third of the sun was struck, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them turned dark. A third of the day was without light, and also a third of the night.

Well, that's very different, isn't it?

P. S. One final thought! The Israelis don't even need the assistance of the U.S.A. They've got all the help they need. Maybe the U.S.A. needs their help! God promises to bless those that bless Israel. (Genesis 12:3)

Yes, I do believe in a literal interpretation of the Bible.

When some of you guys see cars traveling down the street without a driver; a barber shop without a barber; airplanes crashing because the pilots are not there; only one football team on the playing field at game time; Congress possibly still in full session; etc. you'll know that you were left behind!

If we just quit sticking our noses in their business, Israel will take care of the problems there.
The only reason they are capable of taking care of any problem is because we've stuck our noses in before, and that is true of many of our allies.
If Israel is on its own for the next 50 years, then they will cease to exist.

Israel did a great job of spying on the US and stealing many of it's secrets including nuclear. I'm sure when push comes to shove, Tehran will glow in the dark for many decades.
