California in severe drought and this happens...severe water main break at UCLA

I wonder why California doesn't have multiple facilities to turn sea water into usable water, at least for crops, etc.....Right now they have three, with only limited capabilities. Dang guys, build 200 of em....stop giving money to Hamas and Illegals, and build some desal plants now.

Cause they are expensive and nobody wants to pay for/build them when water there is no water shortage. Now they are playing catchup. I believe San Diego is trying to get another one online.
