STATESBORO | North Oconee looked to be in the driver’s seat in its season opener against Coffee on Saturday.
But eventually, the Titans just ran out of gas.
“You run out, you’re done,” North Oconee coach Terry Tuley said. “We had a lot of kids put the metal to the pedal and all the way to the floor, but it didn’t connect to the engine.”
