I love the smell of Gator football Saturdays in the morning. The season is so close, I can taste it. Feel it. Smell it. And it smells like….victory. But how many victories? Well, no matter how many deep sniffs I take of the approaching season, I just can’t place the aroma that distinctively. There are just too many unknowns with not only the Gators but with the rest of the teams on the Florida schedule. I cannot in fact recall any season in the modern age of Gator football (est. 1990) in which there was so little to go by as far as how to project the top teams in the league. Or either...
