A few of those guys were teaching high school classes and coaching at Prattville in 2007 and 2008. Amazing how fast things can change in the positive and negative for coaches.

i have a feeling that Clemson will pull an Auburn. Watch Chad have success in Dallas for 2 years and then bring him back to replace Dabo

SMU: Per source, Appalachian State wide receivers coach Justin Stepp will indeed join Chad Morris’ staff at SMU. Stepp was a graduate assistant at Clemson from 2009-11. In addition, don’t be surprised if Morris targets Oklahoma State cornerbacks coach Van Malone as defensive coordinator.

It is a huge hill, but he also has a VERY long leash. If he makes ANY sort of turnaround as a Coach there, he'll have a higher profile job within two years.

South Carolina: Steve Spurrier tells The State he will return next season and doesn’t plan to dismiss any assistants, though there could be staff reorganization.

Georgia Tech: According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Georgia Tech has offered a contract extension to Paul Johnson. The Yellow Jackets are 10-2 this season and 57-34 in Johnson's seven seasons. Johnson’s current contract has two years remaining, after this season. <-- awesome

Just biding his time until the Bama job comes open again. It was his to lose in 2007 to begin with. :)
