I'm not going to pretend that most big time college football programs are squeaky clean. I'm sure in most places there are $$$ handshakes going on between players and boosters. These things are next to impossible for coaching staffs and AD offices to monitor or even stop. Most of the time the actual college has no clue it's going on until it's too late. So though I'm not a Dickerson fan, I'm also not naive enough to believe that most are squeaky clean either.
