John Hart.

I would not hire him to sweep my sidewalk. Guy is a walking disaster. Smug, arrogant, condescending twit. Hopefully, they will see the error in their ways, and hire a real GM.

I agree, meaning getting Schuerholz out of there as well. Won't happen now due to ownership's comfort level with him but he needs to be gone and he needs to take Bobby Cox with him.
