After starting the 2014 season with a pair of disappointing – and uncharacteristic – losses, North Oconee and star playmaker Kawon Bryant had two consecutive weeks away from the Friday night lights, an agonizing 21 days between games.
While Bryant – the Banner-Herald’s Player of the Year in 2013 after rushing for 2,555 yards and 41 touchdowns — put up respectable numbers in the Titans’ games against Coffee and Greater Atlanta Christian, he was still looking for that over-the-wall, Kawon Bryant kind of performance.
