1. Alabama QB Blake Sims is on a pitch count at practice but has looked good in the time he's been out there.
2. Ole Miss coach Hugh Freeze: "I'm going to enjoy this week." The Rebels are getting ready for Alabama on Saturday.
3. Quan Bray could be proving to be a big-play option in Auburn's passing attack.
4. Auburn coach Gus Malzahn has a "bad taste" in his mouth from last year's loss to LSU.
5. Georgia could have receivers Malcolm Mitchell, Jonathon Rumph and Justin Scott-Wesley all back this week against Vanderbilt.
6. Todd Gurley is getting more attention in the Heisman conversation following his 200-plus yard performance against Tennessee.
