We probably have better odds of winning the playoff than odds of getting in the playoff
FSU should have better odds because they have a cake walk of a conference to deal with. It is what it is.
That won't happen. That may be so but, if and when they make the playoff, they would have to beat two elite teams back-to-back.

Yep...Never as bad as is seems, and Never as good as it seemsLet's not get too high off a win. Need to stay even. Some of you were about to jump off a bridge over the last couple of weeks.
If you were to bet at the sports book in Vegas (No one would every bet through a bookie in Alabama) on Alabama to win the National Championship, for every dollar that you bet, you would win six dollars. So if you bet $100, the bet would pay $700 ($600 plus your initial $100 bet).Okay I'm a ditz when it comes to this. What does 6/1 mean?
thanks. So what does 13/2 get you?If you were to bet at the sports book in Vegas (No one would every bet through a bookie in Alabama) on Alabama to win the National Championship, for every dollar that you bet, you would win six dollars. At least this is what someone told me.....
Think of 13/2 as "6 1/2 to 1". So in the same $100 bet scenario the payoff would $750.thanks. So what does 13/2 get you?
