If someone were so inclined, they might could close their browser, clear cookies, reopen, and vote again, from what I think I've heard.

Hint: Even without clearing cookies, if you check the comments, there is another opportunity to vote. Per browser. Example: three browsers = six votes, no clearing of cookies. Not that I would do that. Just something I noticed.
