question about watching espn online overseas

hey y'all,

has anyone been able to watch games via espn.go overseas (particularly dubai)? im hoping i can stream the game (assuming that i will be awake at 4am to watch). otherwise, i will just have to listen on internet radio i guess

Never tried Dubai, but it has not worked for me in other countries with my login. I've had to resort to sketchy sports betting sites for streams.

Doesn't work here in Saudi, the firewalls in place here prevent it from streaming correctly.

Doesn't work anywhere over sea, you have to purchase watchespn, but befor you do make sure it isn't blocked in the country where u are.

thanks, i saw the watch espn app, but i couldn't verify if the game would be available or not. i may end up using tune in radio and listening to eli

It will be on the CBS Sports app. They stream every SEC game live. Not sure if it's available overseas though.

I remover watching the 2010-2011 NFL season in Manas Air Force Base in Kyrgyzstan. Pretty weird watching live football at 1am.

I had problems in Qatar. I ended up following the 2012 SEC Championship game via ESPN gamecast.

Some have said that if you set up a VPN (or something like it) in America, that you can access. However you have to do that BEFORE you go while on the IP address you want to access. I can't verify that though.

thanks, i didn't realize that. i have the app on my ipad, so ill have to check it out.

i think it is starting at 5 -5:30 am or so here, so i may just be watching/listening to the second half.
