That is a seriously impressive job he's done at Colorado State. They've actually blown out quite a few division 1 teams. They're disciplined and they don't beat themselves.

Dee Hart is also too much skill for most of these MWC teams. Not that Hart was inadequate here. In fact, he was mostly limited by terrible injury luck. The MWC isn't a terrible non power-5 conference and he's just absolutely dominating. Really shows what kind of conference we play in when he was a 3rd stringer here.

Boy, did they look good against the Rainbows - execution and as you said exuding Mac's discipline. Kelly Stouffer (ex-CSU QB) on ESPN was conjuring up pot of gold scenarios for keeping Mac in Fort Collins, and it wasn't so farfetched if they commit to really wanting to establish CSU as an FBS power: new on-campus stadium, and campaigning for entry into the Big 12 for the Denver market and to give the conference 12 teams and a championship game. Never know but you gotta know McElwain probably won't stay too much longer unless there is a big enticement. Great job, coach!

I think CSU would love to be in the Big-12 but I wonder if the Big-12 is as anxious about regaining that Denver market? They let Colorado go with little argument.
