That was an impact for sure. All I could think about is how did LF hold on to that football. I was hoping for a fumble, scoop, score, and another Daniel Moore.

We may never know for sure, but that hit on RB Fournette may have played a part in LSU sticking with four passing plays in OT. Also, if the QB had moved his eyes away from the endzone on 4th down in OT, he would have seen lots of grass to run in front of him, too. Glad he didn't.

I won't go as far as to say I knew we would win after that hit, but seeing our guys loose, having fun, and playing with energy made me feel a lot better. It felt to me like momentum had ever-so-subtly shifted with that hit. LSU had dominated the second half before that.
