Memphis suffered a 74-70 overtime exhibition loss to Division II Christian Brothers University on Wednesday night.
The Bucs finished second in the Gulf South Conference last year. They shot 45 percent overall in the game and went 3-for-5 in overtime.
"There is no good news out of it, other than the fact that it doesn't go in the record books," Memphis coach Josh Pastner told the Commercial Appeal.
