Seems like a really quick 1st half; no long major network TV timeouts? Maybe the students are heading to Coleman for the 2nd half; it is only 9pm.
I know Bruce Pearl is suppose to be AU's savior, but they look as horrible as ever. Their recruiting has done well, though. Just thought I'd throw that out there.
I like the idea of putting on the full court press when the 2nd group of players come in including Obasohan.
Bama drew several fouls when the ball went inside to Taylor and Hale. This may come in handy but Taylor still has some kinks in his free throw shot.

Yes, and USM cannot get a decent shot off when they get the ball to the middle; Taylor is showing decent footwork and has size that USM does not have.
I think Coleman was looking to pass when he dribbled down the middle but no defenders left the big guys so he had an open shot but missed; Hale rebounded and scored. The team has a different look when the bulk of the scoring is not expected to come from the point.
