Last week, he made it possible for the couple from Halifax to attend and this week, he made it possible for a youngster with MD to attend. I'd like to think that's what's Tidefans is about and I, for one, deeply appreciate the kindnesses he has shown...

He is a very fine man. Kelly and I are the couple from Halifax to whom he gave his tickets for the Bama-MSU game. He had never met us before and he reached out to us and just offered the tickets because he considered it "a privilege" to play a part in helping us attend our first Bama game. That really says it all. We met him at the game and had a chance to spend some time getting to know him. We're proud to call him a friend now.
