Well it looks like this one has slipped away, but even in a (potential) loss I am very upbeat about what I see from our team. If we can solidify our defense, which we usually do well, we should be able to put together a pretty good year.

Hate to lose this one. The guys fought hard to stay in the game. Get a few of the 3s to fall or make a few stops and Bama wins.

his shots looked flat tonight. He shot 35% last year; 2nd only to Releford. He normally has a nice release and I think it should be part of his offense.

Still can't get over that hump. I think that's 18 games in a row that we have loss to a ranked team. We played well right up till the end. Should be a solid year for us..

This was essentially a road game. Too much reliance on the 3 down the stretch. Simply do not have a strong post player . Miss the days of Wimps and CM's power forwards .

Agree, the younger guys will improve over the next few weeks. Bama needed to score quickly in the last 1:30 but didn't have to rush and force shots; got a little panicky too early...of course if they feel the shot and a couple had dropped who knows?

ISU don't have huge players but they have a good number of big players with skill. I can see why they are ranked. I hope they are truly a top 15 team; it would speak well for Bama with the mixture of youth and new players.
