You nailed it, good manWasn't it something like ' win decisively and leave no doubt' ?
Thanks. I'll PM and get permission in the future. Oh wait, I've tried that. You're too high and mighty to answer PMs.Yes, they had 12 men on the field on the first drive of the game for one play. From the one-yard line.
There are calls worth mentioning (Preston Gothard?). This isn't one of them as it had nothing to do with the outcome of the game at all.
Please do not remind us of this abomination. Was Steve Sloan the idiot who negotiated this nonsense and got us absolutely nothing in return for everything that they ever wanted?
1972 Punt Bama Punt 17-16 loss to the Barn. I was twelve years old listening to it on the radio. Bama had dominated the game to go up 16-0. A Garner Jett FG by AU made the score 16-3. Then crap........lol...I will thank mom and dad for the later date I was conceived. Other than that game, what is the second worst loss you endured?
Auburn fans also surrounded the team bus and were literally rocking it back and forth. Their behavior was outrageous...I am real good friends with alot high school & college coach's due to my work. I am friends with coach ozmit at Glencoe And he has told me some stories about that game. I never knew this but The team did not arrive to the stadium until about 30 minutes before kickoff. And curry could not motivate a .... ant . The funny thing was about dad's putting their kids on their shoulders to look at the players in the buses and shoot them bird's & holler obscenities.
