If we get 2nd half Iron Bowl Bama, this one is over and the backups are playing 1 series into the 3rd quarter. If we get 1st half Iron Bowl Bama, then we will pull away midway through the 2nd half.
If Mizzou can't run the ball, they won't be in it. That will make their defense tired. AUby was able to somewhat run which kept them in it (along with Bama mistakes). We stop the run, we dominate them.
I agree. He was highly regarded coming in but he has not panned out like expected. I don't know whether that is his OL or his fault.
I'm surprised he didn't break out TD% when in red zone. While our scoring TD when there is close, we've been there 18 more times and our defense gives up significantly fewer TDs when the opponent gets there, by the numbers in this article.
Yes. For Missouri to win, Mauk has to go Garcia on us. He might. Lots of QBs seem to have career days when we play them, but I think they need at least that.
