Pretty much a zero chance at this point in his career. Foley said a requirement was being part of a Championship team prior to being hired and that wouldn't have happened unless he worked at UF, Auburn, or FSU instead of Alabama.

^^^^This. When I saw the poll I realized it wasn't a rhetorical question. There absolutely is no way to know; had he stayed on the West Coast, he might be coaching USC or UCLA by now. Simply no way to know.
It definitely helped his resume, but he might have gotten those creds (not NC's but defense had something to do with those) elsewhere.

Likely not FL; but that doesn't mean he would not be a successful HC somewhere. He gave full credit to Saban and the Bama football program for being where he is now during his press conference.
