Completely disagree. UK being allowed to hand check every trip down the floor we are not. They can hold and hook in the post and we barely make any contact and we get whistled for the foul. It's pretty one sided. It's the Michael Jordan factor.

Because you never turn your back on the ball in the post and if we "front" the post player which is taller the ball can easily be lobbed over your head.

I'm not of the exact terminology but when I played we didn't turn our back on the ball. We faced the ball and kept the guy we were guarding behind us.

That is "fronting" the post. Unless you double, it's an easy lob over your head to a taller player and you have to have weak side help.

Cauley-Stein, at the top of that zone is tough. He's an incredible athlete. He was an awesome wide receiver in high school.

I'm not talking about 6'5" guarding 7'0" I'm talking about 6'10" guarding 7'0". That isn't that big of a difference and when you are athletic it should be tough to pass over the defender. I'm not trying to argue, I just don't understand the logic of playing behind and allowing the pass in down low. Is it for rebounding purposes? You are in better position to box out if the shot is missed?
