Indianapolis running back Trent Richardson ended the 2014 season by playing one snap in the Colts' three playoff games, and team general manager Ryan Grigson revealed on Jan. 23 the former Alabama All-American had been suspended for the season-ending AFC Championship Game. The disciplinary action brought to a head the Colts' growing dissatisfaction with Richardson as the season progressed because of weight and communication issues, Mike Wells of ESPN.com reported on Monday afternoon.
