Report: Former Michigan Director of Football Operations Justin Dickens Named DFO

Alabama: Per source, former Michigan director of football operations Justin Dickens will join Nick Saban’s staff in the same capacity. Dickens served as Michigan’s public and media relations director from 2011-2013 and then served as DFO for the 2014 season. He worked for the Indianapolis Colts for seven seasons prior to joining Michigan, the final four seasons with the Colts his role was manager of publicity.

I would love to hear that.. I've read on several board that lot of folks seems intriqued by this hire... Lot of people said that Dickens doesn't have coaching experience, but has lot of experience dealing with PR media.
