I believe in discipline but that is not how it is defined in my book.
I'd hate to think of what I would do to that mother had I been there.
We need to look out for the young and innocent. As adults...that's our duty and our responsibility.
Disgusting - that mother should get thrown in prison and receive some jail justice!

One thing that got me was the restaurant worker just setting there watching. my goodness at least call the law. i guess he was just interested in the music he was listening to.
So is this a restaurant that serves Chinese food or a restaurant in China? I took "CCTV" to mean closed circuit.

Article says this is a restaurant in China. I don't know what their laws are for child abuse, but I know they don't mess around with drugs. I've heard they'll simply put on in your head if you're caught. Wonder what punishment (if any) she will receive.
