It looks like Ted will be running for POTUS. Unfortunately, somebody didn't really think ahead.

That's pretty funny.

A friend of mine, a Democrat and self-described "radical socialist," said Cruz is not going to be the help with Hispanics some Republicans seem to think he will be.
Cruz is a Cuban and most Latin Americans tend to look at Cubans as spoiled and petulant.
Guess we'll see.

just mho, but i think that cruz will have as much success with hispanics as cain had with black folks.

cuban-ness aside, cruz comes across as spoiled and petulant. that may excite pockets of support, but likely wont result in any longevity.

Cruz comes across as just another far right Christian Theocrat wannabe. He'll make a splash and along with Ben Carson cause the R's to move farther to the right during the primary turning off 80% of the young vote and keeping the R's out of office again

would be fun to watch if the D's weren't so awful too

Agreed. For that reason, I'd rather see him on the Supreme Court where popularity seeking is irrelevant.

Yeah those neanderthals from a bygone era who just want politicians to abide by and respect the Constitution are just raving lunatics.

it should soothe your angst to know that today he is kicking off his campaign at liberty university. i guess that is to signal his immense respect for the constitution as handed down by god

Agree with all you said. It is a sad day indeed when the American people may have to pick between Cruz and Clinton.
