I'm sure there's no shortage of funds available for terrorists to buy their vehicles.

Would love to see this question as the lead story instead of the North Charleston shooting.

Interesting article. There are 35 pickup trucks in the photos. This is what "non-lethal aid" looks like. The same guys who wrote the article would be crying like rats eating onions if the US had sent lethal aid.

Perhaps more interesting is the journal itself.
It seems to be sort of a Julian Assange-weirdolefty viewpoint. (If the Guardian is not lefty enough for you, then you are pretty far left).

Given its persistently anti-American and pro-Russia viewpoint, if one dug deep enough, I would not be surprised to see rubles funding this somewhere.
