While the nation tunes in Saturday to watch The Masters in Augusta, it might allow Bulldog Nation a pass for feeling distracted for a couple of hours during Georgia’s afternoon G-Day game.
There’s a battle for the position of starting quarterback, a new offensive coordinator taking the reins in Sanford Stadium, and overseeing it all is coach Mark Richt completing his 15th spring in Athens.
Admission to the G-Day game is free, although organizers request that fans bring canned goods donations for the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia.
