OK folks...do the acid test. Go out and feel your car tire. Then let 2...or 3 or 5 pounds out of the tire. How different did it feel ?
Get off Brady's .... Do you really think that was why they won?

Face it. The NFL needs Tom Brady to be their whipping boy. It's a diversion from the real problems facing the league. Apparently they have learned by watching Congress and the President.

The ruling is a joke. The report made several assumptions in its analysis (specifically regarding the gauge used by the ref; he believed he used one, but report claims he used the other to make the math look worse for the Patriots). I'd be extremely shocked if the decision stood. This is simply a knee jerk reaction after he was criticized for being too lenient with Ray Rice. It happened with AP, Hardy, and now Brady.

He cheated and then lied about it. It goes to the integrity of the game.
Adrian Peterson beat the crap out of his kid and only got a one year suspension. Mike Vick had a dog fighting club. Countless drug users get one game to one season suspensions, Yet all of these guy are back in the league. Brady and the Pats may have possibly deflated some balls. Integrity went out the window a long time ago.

Let's see we have assault, rape, robbery, murder, child abuse, alcohol and drug addiction, performance enhancing drugs, concussions and a whole list of other issues plaguing the league but by golly we wont tolerate anyone under inflating a ball .5 psi. When Jameis Winston is the first player you hire out of hundreds, you have no integrity.

So let one team cheat?

Forbes: NFL Franchise Values

The least valuable team on the list, the St. Louis Rams, are valued at a paltry $930 million.
The NFL of today is not unlike MLB in the 90's - rampant cheating and steroid abuse, etc., but TPTB can't actually clean things up as that's how the performances exist that draw the record profits. So they chase things like this.

I'm not advocating cheating, but those who think that this is a 'big deal' in NFL cheating terms are naive at best...
