Eliminating coach-called live ball timeouts
10 second backcourt timer will not reset with timeout
Faking fouls (flopping) can also be penalized.
Hanging on rim technical reduced to 1 shot; elimination of 5-second closely guarded; allow pregame warmup dunking.

If they pass these rules (and enforce them), it will be great for college basketball and great for CAJ.

I'm skeptical about the shot clock rule improving scoring. I think it will just provide more opportunities to take bad shots from the outside. I hate the "Arc".

i am interested in how it will turn out. i am so tired of every team just walking the ball up the floor on every possession. i fastforward my TiVo about 10-15 seconds each possession and i still have to watch the slow march across midcourt...
