Horrible. And apparently he worshipped / prayed for an hour before starting the rampage. Prayers lifted for those families.

And let me add that it sucks that SC bans people from legally carrying firearms in churches - another mass shooting in a 'gun free zone'. SMH

The suspect's haircut makes me think of Adam Lanza. That he supposedly spent an hour there before shooting and said "I have to do this" makes me think he has some mental issues.
I'm certainly not qualified to make such a diagnosis, and not suggesting it makes it less of a tragedy. But this doesn't sound like some redneck got his fill of FOX News and went out to kill some black folk.

We also don't know what may have caused the young man to take such extreme measures. I think we should wait until he is found and questioned, and hear what he has to say, before we ''build the gallows''.

He didn't just pick a random church. This is a historically significant black church.

Of course he has "mental issues". If being capable of shooting up a church or a school doesn't count as having "mental issues", I'm not sure what does.

Kindof like the old "Oh, that wasn't me...I was drunk"...to which the response is "No, that was you...drunk."

Well...I can't say he's completely wrong from that aspect of rape.

Statistically, there are many more rapes of white women by black men than there are of black women by white men.

This is so sad; unfortunately it is becoming an all to common situation. Prayers for those who lost their lives and their families.
