Looking at the photos, the Panther appears to be in mint condition (other than the fact that it has no tracks and thus cannot move under its own power).
The 88 looks to be in good nick as well.

He's an old man who has been plowing snow with the thing. They should make sure the weapons have been properly demilitarized and leave him alone.
