The hits just keep on coming...

Worth $15 million at the time, Fogle said the non-profit Jared Foundation would give $2 million to schools and community groups to fight childhood obesity, which Fogle had suffered from.

But the foundation "has not issued a single grant," USA Today says.

According to the newspaper, "From 2009 through 2013, the foundation spent just $73,000 a year on average. Sixty percent of the money went to the executive director's salary, and 26 percent is unaccounted for," the tax records show.

Yep. I heard when Sandusky entered the clink he was welcomed with Pink Floyd's "Hey, teacher, leave them kids alone." I expect his life is not so good now.

If you look, that was pretty swift, early July from initial investigation til today, 3 1/2 months ? Must have really had the goods on the creep.

he also took a plea rather than go to court but yes they had him solidly (I wish they hadn't offered the plea, he should rot in prison for a long, long time)

Hang him up by his balls....and alot of other things that I won't speak of. These type of people make my blood boil. I think it is Oklahoma that just passed the law that they will castrate them. I love the idea.

I don't remember the details (not being Selma), but I think he had been under surveillance for a long time. Apparently, these people love to form groups and swap pix, etc. Almost every case which has arisen around here, they've followed a chain of communication. The others, a minority, some guy (they just about all are guys except where it's a man/woman team) was using a governmental or business machine to which others had access...

So, I just read about this. It's finally come to an end. 15 years in prison. Good for him. I wish it were longer. I don't see how he can be rehabilitated on this though. Once those images are ingrained in his head, he can't just let them go. Now, let's see how well he can deal with adult age humans of the male persuasion.

One does have to wonder though. They now have a group call the North American Man/Boy Lovers Association where they are trying to get the behavior written off as normal behavior. It's quite possible that they can pull it off because of how society is today. Who's to say that this won't become norm. Dr. Ben Carson said that once we start letting homosexuality behavior become normal where do we stop?

What's sad is that I now don't think we can.

I'm not sure he'll survive prison. Like TIDE-HSV alluded to earlier, prisoners have a code of honor and this is morally repugnant to even them. Here's hoping he gets shanked 100 times in the shower the first day and saves the taxpayers 15 years, 7 months and 29 days of imprisoning him.

Then, to think about what you said, I might have to agree. I'm just not the murdering type, but I wouldn't stop it.

There have been a number of studies done on such sociopaths, and you are unfortunately correct. No amount of "talk therapy" will work. The only thing which seems to work is to keep them separated from children...

What if it was your kid? I'm afraid I would completely lose my mind if someone did that to one of my kids. In fact, I'd probably track down a few of them before they finally arrested me. But then again, I would only be doing society a favor so maybe the police would let me go for quite some time. Are you a serial killer if you only track down child molesters or are you freeing society of a scourge? Food for thought...talk amongst yourselves.
