I prefer the smaller peppers but if you go with the large ones you can put a smoky or even shrimp in with the cream cheese mix. Delicious either way.

Conecuh Can't have a Bama game of any kind without it. They do our state proud at that company.
BBQ'd pork pinwheels: fresh pork tenderloin wrapped around swiss cheese, mushrooms and stuffing- let's call it sushi for cavemen- with my Roll Tide drink: 1 oz Absolut Cherry, 1 oz Southern Comfort, topped with cranberry juice and Sprite
Grilling bbq ribs and pulled pork...

Putting two boston butts on this afternoon to smoke over pecan wood for 28 hours, make some sauce, my wife's killer potato salad. Got the Guinness at the ready. Also got 10 pounds of 15 to 20 count shrimp and Conecuh for the grill tomorrow afternoon. Oh, and homemade pear pie for dessert. Roll Tide!
