Saban: It's difficult to stop Georgia's running game w/o adding more guys to the box. That leaves the secondary in more 1-on-1 matchups.
Saban said the defensive front must stop the run without extra help to avoid putting the secondary in bad positions.
Saban: Ronnie Harrison is going to be a very good player, but he still has a lot to learn with the amount of adjustments the defense makes.
Saban likes how both Ronnie Harrison and Minkah Fitzpatrick have developed. He's excited about their futures.
For players he thought were good, but struggled on Wonderlic test, Saban admits that he used to "tutor" players when he was in the NFL.

Saban: When we get over there (Athens), who knows what will happen. But I think our players are ready to play a good game this week.
Saban: A player was in my office today asking why he isn't playing. Said player was getting a lot of calls from home abt lack of playing time
Saban: None of that (external factors) matters though because only that player knows what he needs to do to improve
Saban: There's a special place in my heart for guys like Michael Nysewander: "It almost made me cry to be honest with you (when he scored)."
Systemically, Saban said UGA's defense is built like Alabama's, but Jeremy Pruitt has added some nice wrinkles.(Pruitt coached under Saban)
Saban's final word: He wants people to send positive energy to the team because negativity affects the players even though it shouldn't.
