My BBBBQ Rolls - ground sausage and ground beef with bits of bacon, shredded cheese and my own BBQ rub all mixed together then wrapped in bacon and smoked. Finish with BBQ sauce glaze - it's pretty ridiculous:

It's sort of the opposite of rouladen, which is bacon, onion, and peppers, wrapped in a thin sheathing of beef...
Just made it in from Perdido Key and Gulf Shores. Roll Tide!! Can't believe that UT beat OU.

My son has had a great time today. We are in the stadium now and it feels great outside. Can't wait to watch the tide roll.
